We have 4 computers at home, am the account holder but would like to set up
email on the other computers with different email adresses without them
recieving my emails every time they want to recieve their emails, can this be
done without the other users having to have their own account with the ISP?
If so can someone help with step by step instructions?

the preferred option is to have their own accounts. You can get free POP3
accounts such as gmail which can be accessed via Outlook.

Mail addresses must be supplied by the ISP.
