how do I set up outlook 2003 to receive automaticaly on startup

I have recently had to do a clean install on xp home after reinstaling office
2003 my e-mail no longer automatically starts when connecting outlook.

Set a send/receive interval and it will perform a send/receive on startup.
With Outlook open, press CTRL-ALT-S to see the Send/Receive Groups dialogue
box containing the options you need.
