How do I set up Outlook "2003" to work with Cox Cable High Speed?

I just had Cox Cable High Speed Cable Internet service hooked up.
I had no problem sending and receiving e-mail with Outlook Express but
I have tried to configure Outlook "2003" to send and receive e-mail with
this connection without success!
What am I doing wrong?

What error messages do you see? What exactly are the symptoms? DId you try
importing the OE account into Outlook? FIle>Import and Export>Import
Internet Mail Account Settings.

I don't get any error messages at all. The symptoms are I can't send or
receive e-mail from Outlook.
I took your suggestion and from Outlook inported my OE account settings but
still can't send or receive e-mail from Outlook.
I also tried exporting from OE to Outlook. My mail did export to Outlook but

Enable diagnostic logging and post the contents.
