With the amount of recurring appointments I have set up in Outlook Calendar,
it results in mornings that are overbooked, yet these appointments can wait a
couple days. The thing is, I don't want to be labored with rescheduling each
item myself to a later day.
It would be ideal if I could set up the Calendar feature to automatically
RE-SCHEDULE the excess appointments to the next day automatically (if a
timeslot has, say, more than four 30 min appointments already in it).
Do I need to record a macro to do this, or is there some other way in
Calendar?
