How do I set up Project 2000 tasks to give me reminders in Outlook

The help file in Project 2000 advises that I can set reminders for a projects
tasks in Oultlook by going to Tools/Workgroups/Set reminders. While I can
see the set reminders in the menu it is not highlighted and thus unable to be
selected. What do I need to do to activate this feature.

Hi Pearl,

The workgroup features in Project 2000 require the installation of the
workgroup message handler (WGSETUP.EXE) file. See the following link for
information about installing the workgroup message handler (information is
towards the bottom of the page.)

You may also find some good information in Help in MS Project -- search for
workgroup message handler.
