How do I set up Project to calculate duration for me?

I would like to enter actual work, as well as percent complete, and have
Project calculate the actual duration based on that.

For example, an employee has logged 70 hours total. He estimates that his
work is 80% complete. I would like to avoid having to calculate the duration
manually (hours*100/percent complete).

How do I set this up?

Tania,
First of all, you're working backwards. Normally when a project plan is
developed, an estimated duration is entered, along with task name and
task links, and then resources are assigned. Depending on which part of
Project's work equation (Duration = Work/Units) is fixed, the duration
may adjust. For more information, check the Project Help file and search
for "task types" or "work equation".
