How do I set up projects have their duration counted in seconds ?

We would like to use MS-P-2000 for analyzing multi-step processes with
duration of a few seconds each.
Is there any way to change the time units (duration, work, time frame, etc)
to seconds ?

No. You can use minutes and pretend that they are seconds, but that is as
far as it goes.
