How do I set up publisher on windows xp?

What is the best way to set up Publisher on a system that uses outlook
express and windows xp?

Mary has an excellent point, what do you mean? Publisher has no "set-up",
just run the disc and it will install. The only requirement would be if you
have version 2003 which requires WinXP.
