How do I set up speech dictation in Word 2002, XP home ed, IE 6.0

I believe I have followed the instructions under the subject from both
windows and from MS word 2002. I still cannot get words on screen when
dictating, although I do get the blue dotted indication that something is
happening while starting to dictate. Jim R
