How do I set up sync of outlook between two computers (on a netwo.

I would like to have the same info on my laptop and home PC they both run on
XP service pack2 and they both have the same teacher student 2003 office.
All I want is to synchronize both of my Outlook programs so that no matter
which computer I am on I can see all my emails, contacts, etc.
