How do I set up this filter?

I need to list all those messages in my Inbox, where I am on the To
line, with or without other people, and to which I have not replied.

There does not appear to be a way to do this readily in Outlook? The
Advanced Filter allows me to select messages "Where I am the only
person on the To line" or "on the To line with other people" but not
both. That isn't so bad, but how do I exclude messages to which I
have already replied? There doesn't seem to be any way to do this.
Any guidance on how to use the SQL tab in the Filter dialog?

My setup is Outlook 2003 in Corporate mode.

How about using the Advanced tab and select the To field with the condition
contains and then type your name in the value?
You can sort your view by icon to see the Reply status of a message.
