how do I set up to make 4 post cards to an 8 X 11.5 page?

I would like to make 4 post cards on one page, 8 X 11.5 paper. Or 4 sections
of the 8 X11.5 paper to design the same postcard but repeated 4 times. How
do I set up the template to do this?

In later Publisher versions, file, page setup, postcard. If you are using 2007
your best choice would be to open the Avery US letter selections and choose
3263.

I don't have an Avery choice 3263. Any other suggestions to do it easily.
I've already chosen the postcard template and it's set for 1/4 sheet, but
when I do the print preview it only shows 2 per page instead of 4.

What version Publisher?
Page setup, change copies per sheet button, type zero in each of the boxes.
