How do I set up Visio 2003 to automatically diagram my network?

I have heard that you can set up Visio 2003 to automatically make a diagram
of my Network Infrastructure. Is that true? If so, how would you do it?

you start with a tertiary product like Fluke's MapShot.
Autodiscover/Autolayout via the VENT Addon was dropped in 2002.
