How do I set-up Voice Recognition in 2007 Office Professional?

After upgrading 2002 Office Professional to 2007 Office Professional, I no
longer have the voice recognition capability for dictating directives,
documents, mail, or having them read to me. I've searched all Microsoft
documentation and it only finds voice recognition for 2002 and 2003 Office
Suites. I've submitted help queries to Microsoft technicians and received an
automated response indicating I will receive an email response within one
business day. Hasn't happened in two weeks.

Does anyone have this capability in their version of Office 2007 or did
Microsoft simply drop it without any warning?
