How do I setup a recurring appointment on the 6th business day?

Reigning in Seattle

I want to set up a recurring appointment on the 6th business day of every
month. Unfortunately, Outlook's monthly setup only seems to allow choosing
up to the 4th business day in the pulldown menu. Any help?
