How do I setup a Search Folder showing Flagged or Non-Categorized

How can a Search Folder be setup in Outlook 2003 that displays messages that
meet more than one criteria? (I know it is possible since one of the
predefined Searc Folders is "Unread or For Follow Up")

I tried entering multiple criteria in the Advanced tab of the Search Folder
Criteria dialog box, but it assumes I want to AND the 2 rules instead of OR.
