How do i setup a travel plan ?

I have a project to setup a plan for travel agency for one month to europe.

Please if any one of you have idea how to start with it

Start with an Itinerary in Excel. I can't see Project as being useful here
unless to plan the work needed to pay for a 1 month trip!
