How do I setup a view to see all msgs in a convo when 1 msg is unr

Hi,

I'm wondering if this is possible. Can I setup up a view in Outlook such
that I can see all the messages in a conversation when any one message in
that conversation is unread/flagged, but at the same time not see any
conversations where none of the messages in that conversation are
unread/flagged.

For example, conversation A has 3 messages, one of which is unread.
Conversation A would show up in this view. However conversation B has 5
messages all of which have been marked read. Conversation B would NOT show
up in this view.

Is this possible, and if so how?
