how do i setup drop down box with sub catagories?

I am trying to set up a flow chart consisting of Main Folders which are in
view, then within the main folders are sub folders which are also in view,
but then i also want to create a drop down list from these subfolders but i
can't seem to work out how to create a drop down list!
