how do i setup my database to retract recurring customers?

hi, i work at a retail store that has mail order, i would like to be able set
up the database to retract a recurring customer's info such as the address
and credit card info...how can i do this?

Is "retract" a "term of art" in your line of business? I don't understand
what you are trying to do?

i work in the mail order part of our store, and every three months we have to
send out teaching aids for sunday school books and we have recurring
customers that order every quarter, and also just regular customers. i would
like to be able search the database for that particular customer and at the
click of a button be able to have that persons info come up, enter the amount
of money sent or the credit card number and be ready to print the invoice for
shipping.

Have you looked at the sample Northwind "order" application that comes with
Access? This should give you some ideas...
