How do I setup Notes 6.5 to work with Domino connector for Outloo.

How do I setup Notes 6.5 to work with Domino connector for Outlook 2003? I
installed the domino connector, setup a Domino connector mail account, and
can see the new mail folder but when I try to expand the folder, I get the
message "The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not
available...". The server name, id file and password are correct. I used
the same setup with Outlook 2002 and it worked. Has something changed? Are
there some tools to help determine what is wrong?
