How do i setup on comcast

I am trying to get OL 2K2 to run on Comcast. I have narrowed the problem
down to McAfee Virus Scan causing the problem. I don't want to disable the
virus scan. Any suggestions?

scanning email is basically a waste of time unless you lack self-control and
are unable to identify spam or viruses.. so assuming you are correct and
it's mcafee causing problems, you have two choices: disable mcafee or read
your email on the Comcast website.

Diane,

I can identify viruses and spam but others using the computer are not that
savvy. So I guess I have to read on webmail

If you uninstall McAfee completely, then perform a custom reinstall, you
will probably be allowed to leave out the mail integration feature. Try
that. If you don't get the choice, just reinstall it fully. You'll be no
worse off than you are now.
