How do I setup the Outlook 2003 free/busy information search path.

I have tried to set this up so that people in my office can share the
Free/Busy information for meeting requests, but it doesn't find their .vfb
file when I test this out in a meeting request. I have tried the following
search path formats:

file://\\exampleserver\free_busy\%NAME%.vfb

file://\\exampleserver\free_busy

None result in the displaying of their free/busy time in the meeting request.

Please advise.
