hi, i've got the same issue in 2002 or 2003. when i setup some tasks and then
go to print them in the memo style, i only need the first 3 lines to print -
subject, start date and due date. i don't need or want status, percent
complete, total work, actual work or owner to print. The problem is when you
have 10 or so tasks, because those other fields are printing, what should fit
on one page is taking up 3 or 4 pages or more.
Is there anyway to setup what fields actually print on the report?
we have about 15-25 users that all need this functionality.
thanks

The memo style prints the entire item. Have you tried setting up a table view with the desired fields in the view and AutoPreview turned on, then printing that view with the table style?
