How do I share a project file?

How do I share a project file? I am very new to Project
2000 and 2003. I what 2 of us to use it at the same time
and track changes.

Microsoft Project does not allow more than one person to have a file open in
Read-Write mode at the same time. Have I answered your question? Let me
know.
