How do I share a sub-calendar in Outlook?

With some difficulty, I have managed to share a calendar with another user on
our network. However, the calendar appears completely blank (i.e. no entries)
and does not have the title/name that I assigned to it on my system. I have
followed every instruction listed on this page:

the information in all the other discussion strings and I still cannot solve
the problem.

Note that I am trying to share a sub-calendar and not my main calendar.

Any ideas? Any help would be much appreciated.

What version of Outlook and are you using Exchange?
