In the future please put your subject in the subject line and question in
the BODY of the msg.
make a list somewhere and NAME it something like vallist. then

=vallist

That is, highlight the list, Insert > Name > Define and give it a name there.

Or, simply select the range and use the name box unless you want it to be
dynamic. Then use a formula such as offset to define your range name.
