How do I share templates?

I've searched high and low for a template to document my family's medical
information. I couldn't find one, so I made it myself. I think it's pretty
useful and would like to share it, but when I try to upload it to Microsoft
Templates, the site tells me it's in the wrong format (it will only accept
word, excel, powerpoint, access etc). I've seen other notebook page
templates on there, so how do I go about uploading mine?

Right now, we are only able to take templates from the applications you
mention. Keep your eye on the site, though. We hope to able to accept
OneNote templates in the future.
