How do I sharpen the egdes of a picture?

I need to sharpen the egdes of a picture so that the lines are crisp. At the
moment when I'm printing out the picture the edges are fuzzy. Can anyone help
me on this?

I don't quite understand how this relates to Microsoft Office. You'll get
best results using an image editing application to edit the image.
