How do I show a 120 day schedule when I don't know the start date

I am bidding a project that will have 120 days to complete, but i don't know
when the job will be awarded. I still want to show the client a schedule with
task durations. I want the timescale to Satrt with Month 1, Month 2, etc and
Weeks 1 - 18.

JB,
You can show the timescale as Month 1, Month 2, etc. but the Start and
Finish fields will always show a date. To set the timescale, go to
Format/Timescale and select the appropriate label.

With regard to the Start and Finish fields, pick a date based on your
best estimate (Project/Project Information). Then when the job is
awarded run the "Adjust Dates" add-in/utility found on the Analysis
toolbar.
