How do I show all appts. for the day when printing in monthly vie.

When I print the calendar in the monthly view, if there are items that don't
fit in the box, they just don't appear. They don't move to a second page as
in Calendar Creator, they just don't show up. Is there a way to change the
font just for those days where all the appts. don't fit? Or any other
suggestions for how to print a hard copy calendar with all the info present?

You can download a free tool that will export your calendar to a Word Table. There are three that I know of. Check out this website. They downloads are listed under "Printing Tools". Best of luck.
