HOW DO I SHOW ALL RELEVANT ENTRIES

I have a table of data that can have multiple entries for one person(dn
number). In the form the first entry is shown.
1. Rather than using the Find and Replace on the dn number, how can I show
all entries for that dn number in an editable format and/or non-editable
format?
2. How can I make the form give the next new line as an option?

Use two tables and two forms. Tables in a one-to-many relationship and
form/subform with Master/Child links set on PersonID.

I have that already with the individual's details, and their payment details.
Is there a way in creating a pop-up form or something similar that would
show all the individual's payments?

You can have two subforms but I never tried one being a popup.
