I want to know how to configure for printouts of my sent emails to show the
file type icon and filename of all attachments.

Version of Outlook? Do you have all available updates installed? What
message format? (You'll need to use RTF to see the icon plastered in the
message body, but that only works if the recipient also uses outlook.)

If you find out, please let me know. I have done everything I can to try to
make the attachment show up on drafts and on sent emails.
