how do i show follow up flag text?

Whenever I flag a message in Outlook 2007, the preview will not show the text
of the flag. I get a message which says: To help protect your security, the
Follow Up flag text has been hidden. How can I get it to always show that
text? I don;t want to have to rt-click on it and select "Unblock flag text"
everytime I wan to see that text.
