How do I show Full Name and Company Info of contact in subject li

I want to be able to automatically insert Full Name and Comapny of Contact into new appointments. It's important that the info not just be linked but physically appear in the subject line of appt. so that when calendar is printed out or read from Palm I can see the contact info wihtout having to open each appt up. Any ideas?
