How do I show tasks being dependent upon approval at a monthly me.

I have a number of tasks that must be approved at a regularly scheduled
meeting before they can proceed. If I do resource leveling to allocate
priorities to tasks, this will alter the times at which the tasks occur. I
therefore will not know WHICH regularly scheduled meeting will approve the
tasks. Is there a way to make the dependency on the repeated task category,
rather than on a specific meeting?

I'm afraid not - I'd set up my links without the approval meeting and
resource level I'd then modify the links so the meeting is included using
the one tht is positioned appropriately. Sorry, but it's going to be a
manual process.
