How do I show titles of deleted attachments in reply e-mails?

With a former company, also using Outlook on an Exchange server, anytime I
replied to a message the attachment on my reply would show something like
"Deleted Attachment: (subject name here). Since so many replies need to
include other recipients as cc's, how can I get that notice back locally on
my PC or do I need to contact the department with the Exchange server.
