How do I show today in a Gantt Chart

Mac,

try: right mouse click on Gantt Chart, pick "Progress Line", check "on"
option to "Always display current progress line", and pick "at current
date".

This what you are looking for?

Hi mac,

The current date shows as a light gray line in the Gantt chart view.
You can make it stand out a bit more by changing the line style and/or
color. Right click in the right side of the Gantt chart view and choose
"Gridlines" from the shortcut menu. Select "Current Date" in the Line
to change list and open the "Type" drop down to select a different line
style and change the color as needed.

The Gridlines dialog also has a line for "Status date" which may also be
helpful when tracking or updating a project with progress through an
earlier date. You set the status date in the Project Information dialog.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
