In Outlook 2003 if I hovered over a link it popped up a tooltip (screentip?)
showing me the full URL of the link. In Outlook 2007 this isn't working and
I can't find anyway to turn it on.
I may be imagining it but it looks like for a split second it attempts to
show something sometimes but never long enough for me to be able to make out
what it is.
It is a great feature and any suggestions for how to fix this would be
appreciated.
