how do I shut off the leaving copy's of mail on my server?

I get messages from my admin that my mailbox is full..when there's like 30kb
in it, also deleted itemes and send items are empty, now they say outlook
might be leaving copies on my server behind..how do I shut ths option off and
get my emails again?

If you're using OL2002/2003: Go to the Tools menu > Email accounts >
View/Change existing accounts > Click Next > Highlight an account > Click
Change > Click More Settings > Advanced tab. You'll find the settings for
"Leave on server" and such there.
