How do I sort email address book by last name

H

Howard

I am running Office Professional 2003.

My Email address Book is sorting first name/descending.
How do I change it to sort LAST NAME/DESCENDING?

Thanks.

Russ, I was wondering this same issue. In the 'To' field in an email it is sorting first/last. The sort on the 'contact' screen, file as, etc are all showing last/first. I am only noticing the first/last sort in the 'to' field in email. I did what you suggested and it did not change the sort of the 'To' option in email. It still sorts/displays first/last order...

Help!

nevermind, it worked! I did not think to log out/log in after changes.

Thank you!
