how do I sort out "The connection to the server was interrupted" .

I was on a web site and wanted to e-mail someone on that part. Immediately a
request to open an outlook express e-mail address appeared. After finally
finding the correct incoming and outcoming servers it said "The connection to
the server was interrupted".
