How do i speed up the load time of Outlook 2002?

When loading Outlook 2002 it takes an excessive amount of time to load.
Generally over 30 seconds. Is there a problem with the program or what can be
done to speed up this process?

Disable unnecessary add-ins. Disable Messenger integration. Reduce the size
of your PST.

Thanks Bill, By disabling Messenger the load time is now less than 10 seconds.
I appreciate your assistance
