How do I split up text boxes

I am the new, but exceedingly aged editor of our church news. On the back
there are 4 items in individual text boxes.
How do I get access to these boxes individually & how can I move them so
that I can replace them with others
I know it is basic stuff but I am far too old for this & have been landed
with ithis as no one else would volunteer!!

I am working with Publisher 2003

When you say the back, is it page 2? Can you click on the boxes? Are you using
a template? Did you inherit the setup?
You should be able to select the boxes and delete them or move them to the
scratch area. If you cannot select or move them there maybe a border on the
page. Select this border, move it to the scratch area or arrange, send to the
back.
