How do I stop a an Outlook calendar reminder window from running .

This window pops up when I open Outlook express and rapidly runs continuosly
so I can not use email etc.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, bobhk asked:
