How do I stop a persons email from being delivered to me

I have a nasty person sending me emails at work and I do not want to be
affected by his rudeness. Is there a way to stop his email address/domain
from being delivered to me?

If you are using MS Outlook, you can right-click on an email from this person
(in your Inbox) and click the "Add Sender to Blocked Senders List" under the
Junk Email submenu.

Especially if the person also works with you - I would contact your company's
HR department as well as the IS department.
