How do I stop a return receipt request from sending

I retrieve emial from a server I don't send on. Today I answered yes to a
return receipt request and of course i can't send on that system from Outlook
so I get an error. Where is the return receipt request stored and how can I
delete it?

The above link did work for me, but it's trialware. I had the same problem
twice, a few months apart, and the second time I couldn't use it without
paying for it. But Microsoft puts out a free utility that will get the job
done. Try:
