How do I stop a Word letter head and a logo moving to the next pag

I have set up a letter template with a letter heading text box at the top,
and a logo picture at the bottom, however when I write a letter as the typing
moves down the page, first of all the logo moves to the next page, and as I
continue to type, the letter also moves, leaving neither on the first page!
In the advanced format options they are both locked.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

Are you using Microsoft Word? If so, you would have better success in
getting an answer by posting to the Word forum instead of InfoPath.
