how do I stop an email from transmitting.It has been sent 20+x

There is one email that I have sent that continues to send. It has so far
been received appx 20x times in the past day.

Is it still in your Outbox?

Another possibility is that you have a virus scanner that integrates with
Outlook and that it is stuck there. Disable/uninstall this integration and
it should stop being send as well.
