How do I stop/disable "Intellisync for MSN" from Booting up.

I have Windows XP, Outlook 2002 and MSN Explorer running on this computer.
There are eight separate user accounts on this computer also.

Each time a user logs on Intellisync boots up a window with a folder in it.

How do I stop Intellisync from booting up?

I have seach and search for an answere on how to disable or uninstall this
application without any luck. There doesn't seem to be any information from
MSN support either.
